My 30 years service with Dole I RMS has been memorable and very fulfilling - and through all the good times and the tough times - one remarkable aspect has always been the complete support that we have received from the Office. Working for an Ownership Company - where the main cargo carried is our own - we all have been part of the extended Dole family and the sense of satisfaction & belonging is very strong.
When I Joined Dole in 2001 considered 1t primarily as an opportunity for me to grow professionally. However over the years Dole has grown to be more than just an organization that Iwork for. Ican honestly admit that this is the best company Ihave been employed with. Dole symbolizes extended family, Ihave always felt respected and feel 1t is my privilege to be part of this prestigious brand Ishall always remain indebted to Dole for all that Ihave learnt and gained here both personally as well as professionally
I am C/E Nicholas Bivera" smooth sailing with Dole Reefers for the past 12 years. and still counting.... It has been a great experience working on ships as it has been well managed and maintained by the company, and not to forget the environment onboard is friendly and equally disciplined from the safety point of view.
