No seafarer is required to pay any recruitment or placement fee for employment opportunities with the Company, except for statutory certification costs, national seafarer’s book, passport, or other personal travel documents as required by applicable regulations.
The Company follows a strict zero-tolerance policy against unauthorized recruitment fees, security deposits, monetary consideration, violence, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, or sexual assault during any stage of the recruitment and placement process.
DRS Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. maintains policies and procedures to prevent, address, and investigate any form of misconduct, harassment, or unethical behavior connected with recruitment, selection, onboarding, or placement activities.
Any person demanding payment or engaging in inappropriate conduct while claiming association with DRS Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. shall be deemed unauthorized and fraudulent.
